A surprisingly decent audience recording for 1988 and one of the better recordings from the London Lovesexy shows. The audience are audible throughout, and it's fair to say they are extremely vocal - however they add an appreciative atmosphere and I personally quite like their input. The recording is rather gritty which is the main problem here, there are also a small number of fades in/out during the show, and part of 'Let's Go Crazy' is muffled in comparison to the rest of the recording. The concert itself is a beauty, albeit mainly straightforward. 'When You Were Mine' features a strange seemingly improvised bluesy track performed which features the lyric, "I'm gonna hurt you girl, I'm gonna make you bleed" much to the crowds approval. The added 'Take This Beat' portion of 'I Wish U Heaven is also very extended clocking in at around 13 minutes with a great deal of audience call-and-chants, and closing with 'God Is Alive'. The remainder of the show is excellent, but free of anything out of the ordinary.
