De originele leden van Black Sabbath komen op 5 juli 2025 voor het eerst in twintig jaar weer samen voor een benefietconcert in Villa Park, Birmingham. Het evenement, genaamd 'BACK TO THE BEGINNING', werd aangekondigd door Sharon Osbourne en Tony Iommi. Ozzy Osbourne, die met Parkinson leeft, zal een korte soloset spelen en daarna samen met Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler en Bill Ward optreden. Dit concert heeft een indrukwekkende line-up, waaronder Metallica, Pantera en Slayer, met speciale gastoptredens van onder anderen Billy Corgan en Duff McKagan.

De opbrengsten van het concert zijn bestemd voor drie goede doelen: Cure Parkinson's, Birmingham Children's Hospital en Acorn Children's Hospice, gesteund door Aston Villa. Black Sabbath, opgericht in 1968 in Birmingham, wordt erkend als een van de pioniers van heavy metal en heeft wereldwijd meer dan 75 miljoen albums verkocht. De voorverkoop voor tickets start op 14 februari, met prijzen die nog niet bekend zijn. Het concert markeert een belangrijk moment voor fans en voor de stad Birmingham, die een centrale rol speelt in de geschiedenis van de band.
